AlltogetHERS is an organization dedicated to empowering women. Our focus is women wellness, mentorship, and career development.
AlltogetHERS was founded in 2018 by Marsheia Smith Atlanta, native and women in construction.
With over 15 years in the construction industry as a young black women, Marsheia has experienced challenges and success within the male dominated field of Construction Management.
She also experienced day to day personal challenges that effect most people mentally. Because of those challenges Marsheia became dedicated to Women Wellness & Women Empowerment by forming AlltogetHERS.
AlltogetHERS is a place where women and girls can find a life mentor and a women circle! A place where you can find support in my times of need. Life is a journey & a challenge; however, you do not have to walk this journey alone.
